I just wanted to inform you on your “Map of bars soon to visit” Club Edge 615n 400w has moved. I’m a Manager/Bartender and wanted to inform you that we have moved the club changed the name. We are now Metro Bar (540west 200south) in downtown salt lake, it was once the old orbit cafe like 3 years ago. If you visit some of our best nights are Tursday’s dance evolution all request with a great mixed crowd, Also Saturdays Fusion (more a gay growd but still very mixed). Its free cover before 1030pm every night. Hope to see you soon.

Hey I just got a link to this site via NY Times and I’m so sad it’s taken me this long to discover this. Salt Lake is a great city that has a bad reputation when it comes to bars and nightlife so it’s nice to see a site like this. Anyways, I just hopped on to see if you guys might pay a visit to Bourbon, the new place downtown. I have yet to make it down there but I’ve heard mostly good reviews!

I only recently heard of it myself. I think we can probably visit it soon and perhaps revisit the new Bar X as well.

Also Bar X is a new favorite of mine–I guess I should note that I’m one of the frequent weekend sinners that Herbie loved so much he decided to ruin all the work Huntsman did for our great state.

Bar X is worth the visit. A definite favorite of mine.
